AMAZING for the price August 31, 2010 none of your buisness this board is crazy for the price. if this is a first, buy it and build off it. its very long compared to many boards, very heavy and thick but sturdy. the trucks don't carve well so ill be replacing them since that's important to me. the board is as low as a skateboard. it feels strange to me cause i usually use a board that puts me very high up. the wheels have a curved edges for sliding but i don't recommend keeping them either. the abec 5 greasball bearings are worth keeping. great deal for the price, buy this and build it to be better slowly and its a great investment
Decent August 30, 2010 Colton Baron (USA) Alright I'll start off by saying it IS a good board, I don't like the wheels so much so I switched them with my 80mm kryptonics, the core trucks had terrible bushings on them but I put some bones hardcore medium bushings and they turn better than my independents, (BIG PLUS)......now I've notice in the 3 months I've had it the board is slowly warping, it's slightly twisted, and the board is slowly dipping towards the ground, I can set it on a flat surface and it looks like somebody is standing on it...for the price it's a great board, but the packaging it came in was falling apart! all in all I think the board shouldn't be as flexible as it is but for anybody 120 lbs or less it will probably be perfect, I use my board for cruising and bombing the local hills
AWESOME BOARD August 17, 2010 Sterling 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
ok guys first of all who the hell wants to pay 200$ for a sector 9 or original board when you can get the same quality on amazon for about 60$. this board was my 4th longboard i broke my 3 S9s and since i had no money i bought this. i expected it to break within a month but ive had it 6months now and its the best board ive had the standard trucks are fine but the wheels and bearings suck but for about 60$ you can get swiss bearigns and some good wheels so for 120$ you can get a board thats as good as a sector 9 board. I LOVE THIS BOARD AND I THINK ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT LONGBOARD BUY THIS BOARD AND YOULL LOVE IT AS MUCH AS I DO!!!!!
Moose Longboards and Amazon rock!!! June 28, 2010 Justin 12 out of 12 found this review helpful
Ok first of all Amazon.com rocks, Your the best online super store, I love u guys. ^_^ Ok before i was buying this board i couldnt find any reviews anywhere at all, and all the ones i did find were negative. That is why i decided to do this review. Ok we cant compare this to a Loaded, Sector 9, or Original's boards. thats where people think this board is not a good board....! Wrong! This is a great longboard for a beginner as well as a person just low on cash. The Core brand trucks are awesome and durable and ride great. I got some aqua blue 70mm wheels with mine because the colors vary. The bearings are blistering fast and seem very tough. The board is soo fast. The deck it self is awesome with plenty of flex and bounce in it. About 48inches long, its like a freaking missile. I am a 28 year old, 200lb 6ft guy, i love it. My first longboard for now until i get a Loaded Dervish^_^ And im very satisfied with it. Overall its a great board to get started with or just to ad to you collection, and its quite dependable, Moose is a good brand. Most of us Americans just have the stupid mentality of not settling for something less, unless it has a famous label or brand. Trust me my friends, You'l be happy. Thank You. God bless Justin
